Agreement to terms
By creating an RD Flip account or using our website, dashboard, or flipbook viewer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What RD Flip provides
RD Flip lets studios and labs create digital flipbooks from uploaded images, manage a library, preview books, and share them via browser links and QR codes. Studio plans are for your own studio branding; Lab plans may allow creating flipbooks for other studios with custom studio name and social links per book.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details (such as name, email, phone, and studio information) and keep them updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
Credits and plans
Creating new flipbooks consumes credits. Signup may include limited free credit with an expiry window. Paid plans add credits and validity as shown at purchase. Existing flipbooks generally remain viewable according to product rules even if credits run out, but creating new books requires available credits.
Payments
Plan purchases and recharges are processed through our payment gateway. Prices, credits, and validity are as displayed at checkout. Successful payment is required before purchased credits are added. Refunds, if any, follow our support policy and applicable payment partner rules.
Your content and rights
You retain ownership of photos and text you upload. You grant RD Flip a license to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide flipbooks, previews, hosting, and QR/link sharing. You confirm you have all rights and permissions needed for the images and customer details you upload or publish.
Public sharing
Shared flipbook links and QR codes can be opened by anyone who receives them. You are responsible for deciding what to publish and for how widely you distribute the link or QR.
Acceptable use
You may not use RD Flip for unlawful content, copyright infringement, malware, harassment, spam, or attempts to break into accounts, abuse APIs, or overload the service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Service availability
We aim to keep RD Flip available and reliable, including hosting flipbook pages and QR access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance, updates, or feature changes.
Limitation of liability
RD Flip is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost business, or damages arising from downtime, third-party payment issues, or misuse of shared flipbook links.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse credits, or put the platform or other users at risk.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated date above will change when we revise them. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
